Pacifica Newsletter

News and current events of the Association of Pacific Coast Geographers are published biannually in the newsletter Pacifica. The newsletter provides updaes on the current activities of the Association, including meeting information, availability of student scholarship and grants, research opportunities, and elections. It also serves as an outlet for short articles, perspectives, and commentary from our members. The current issue of Pacifica is available here (link), and an archive of past newsetters can be accessed here (link).

Yearbook of the APCG

The Yearbook of the Association of Pacific Coast Geographers is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles, research notes, commentary, and reviews on a broad range of geographical topics, with particular emphasis on the geography of the Pacific region. First published in 1935, it is an annual volume that also serves as the official record of research presentations, events, and activities from the annual fall meeting of the Association.

The Yearbook is currently published by the University of Hawai'i Press. All past and current volumes are available through Project Muse and JSTOR. Inquiries and submissions should be sent to the current editor Craig Revels (Central Washington University). Submission Guidelines can be found here (link).
